Miracle-Gro EverGreen Premium Plus Autumn & Spring Lawn Food is a slow release formula for feeding your lawn for 3 months. Autumn & Spring lawn feed Use and Application.
For best overall greening apply when the soil is moist and the grass is dry and frost free.
Autumn Applications - September to November. To restore your lawn after summer and to prepare it for the stresses of winter. This preparation should improve the health of your lawn right through winter, into the following spring.
Spring Applications - March to May. After the stress winter imposes on your lawn, spring becomes a key season in caring for it, helping to ensure a healthy lawn all year round. Spring applications encourage a thicker greener lawn.
Watering In - Water in well after application.
Seeding and Turfing - IMPORTANT Wait at least 6 weeks after seeding or turfing a new lawn BEFORE using lawn food! DO NOT re-seed or turf for at least 6 weeks after an application!
How to Apply - Each 2kg box contains enough feed to treat a 100m2 lawn. To determine the size of your lawn multiply the length and width in meters. Alternatively a lawn with 6 x 5 standard fence panels ( 1.82m width each), will cover approximately 100m2.
- By Hand - Wearing gloves, the maximum advised application rate is 20 grams per 1m2. For a visual guide to the correct application rate, first spread the recommended amount over a small measured area, and repeat. Mark areas that have been treated to ensure an even application. Over application may damage your lawn!
- By Spreader - Evergreen Garden Care have an unrivalled range of spreaders ( Not currently available through our store), for small and large lawns. Always read the spreader instructions before use.
Storage & Safety - It's important to follow the instructions below.
- Wash hands after use and before eating and drinking.
- Children and pets can re-enter treated areas once watered and dried.
- Keep in original container, tightly closed in a dry, safe place out of the reach of children and pets.
